Appointment Cancellation — Clients
When you book an appointment with Sunrise Home Care Services, you reserve a time slot in our system that is no longer available to other clients. We ask that you kindly cancel your appointment as soon as you become aware that you will not be able to make it.
We ask all clients to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments remain in high demand, and your cooperation allows us to serve other clients during the vacant time slot.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. It will be considered a no-show if you do not attend without prior notice. In either case, the client may be charged the full amount to ensure the entitled rights of our caregivers.
Appointment Cancellation — Caregivers
When you accept an appointment, you are obligated to provide the designated services to the client. We ask all caregivers to cancel appointments at least 36 hours in advance. Your cooperation allows us to find a replacement to serve clients during the committed time slot.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when you cancel an appointment less than 36 hours prior to the scheduled time. It will be considered a no-show if you do not attend without prior notice. In either case, the client will receive all services agreed upon. Appropriate actions may be taken to ensure the organization's credibility and service quality.
